   I think dos applications are well supported under BeOS.

   I am pretty sure that dosbox would support most of legacy dos applications.   
      
   If not then you can run BeBochs and install DOS6.22 or FreeDOS.   
   BeBochs works like vmware. It's a PC Hardware emulation framework.
