   Thaks for your advice
I haven't tried the VESA option yet. Is it processor consuming as
   well?

I am really pondering to buy an old portable PC fully compatible with
BeOS as I don't want to change my graphic card (it is a 64 Mb etc etc)
The reason is also due to the fact that I live in Ireland 5I am
Italian by-the-way) and I will be moving to South America by the end
of the year. I prefer to carry as less as possible. Nevertheless I
always had a profound liking for BeOS. I built with a lot of
enthusiasm a PC BeOS-compatible. Too nice the interface.... and so
   fast with so few resources

Now... I found the driver of my card for Linux Mandrake 9.0.
As far as I know, there are some similarities between the two system
   in matter of drivers...

   What do you think?
