   i guess the only thing you can do is forward them to abuse@whoever   
   every time i see one i do a whois to make sure the ip matches the domain   
   and send it off with a short note.  it'd be nice if there was a statute   
   that would hold ISPs liable for continued crap like this from their   
   users.  the ISP i work for will cut people off at the first sign of this   
   crap.  if they don't prove that they cleaned their machine then they   
   don't get turned back on.
