OK found some more info out. The new BeOS5 Pro CD came in today along   
   with Gobe and it wouldnt boot either. Finally figured out the jumper for   
   the CD drive needed to be set to master, for it to work. Now either the   
   old or new CD will boot, but I surface tested using drive setup both,   
   and the old CD had quite a few errors towards the end of it.   
      
   Now, when it tries to boot from the hardive it shows me the boot manager   
   choices, but trying to boot into the first BeOS bootable partition named   
   Fast Force gets me back .. Loading Fast Force Boot signature not found.   
      
   Booting from CD it can not mount the first partition saying Error   
   mounting BeOS (No  such device  0x80007007).   
      
   Since it cant mount it, it does not give me the option to reload the   
   BeOS onto that  first partition but does offer me the other two BeOS   
   partitions and a few of the Linux partitions.   
      
   Any suggestions for a simple solution??? Thanks for the help... Dwight
