   There's a reason that I made the comparison between 3270 data stream and   
   HTML forms.   
      
     - Both are generated server side   
     - Both are submitted back to the server in one transaction   
     - Both are rendered client side   
     - Both have declarative security parameters   
     - Both can have said declarative security parameters ignored
