   Cards are unit record devices. There is no "get locate" for QSAM for a unit   
   record device. They are purely sequential.   
      
   The other issue with "get locate" is that you can't specify an area address on   
   the GET macro when you use locate. Thus, the MVC... The record gets put into   
   the DCB and then you have to process it.
