I don't want page tables.              I will do a simple malloc of 8 GB, unprivileged. That will       get me a 4 GB boundary. Someone in IBM-MAIN mentioned       that they did the same thing and called them "continents".              Then I can run a PDOS-generic application and it can have a full       4 GB.              And call another PDOS-generic application which gets another 4 GB       (if I malloc 12 GB initially instead of 8 GB).              BFN.
