   Sure, it hasn't been written yet.   
      
   It's just what I want to do.   
      
   I can do something on the mainframe that I can't do on   
   the x64 at least.   
      
   Also I don't necessarily need to use my own C compiler and   
   library for the pdos-generic OS. I would use it for the 32-bit   
   applications that get an entire 4 GB for themselves though.
