   I believe you failed to account for the fact that I can   
   use the LDT in this scheme too.   
      
   So I have a total of approx 16384 selectors available   
   under PM16.   
      
   Note that I am restarting this, but using CM in x64 long mode,   
   so I will be clearing the D bit to get the required environment.
