   Yup, I have one of those meters, not Kill-O-Watt brand, but a generic.    
   I started using it when I ran experimental mercury vapor based outdoor    
   lighting last summer.  Due to excessive wattage used, I invested a    
   little extra in LED and power issues solved.  The unit sits on the    
   shelf, but perhaps could be re-purposed in the computer room.
