   That is why I said *any* bitmap editor will do. Agree gimp UI is a...,   
   okay I will refrain with my first thought and go with "less than ideal   
   interface".   
      
   There are drop-dead simple editors out there such as pinta   
    which is in the software   
   center that is no more complicated than MSPaint.
