   Depends if curl or wget is installed. Try any of the following:   
      
   curl http://icanhazip.com   
   curl http://ident.me   
   curl whatismyip.akamai.com   
   wget -qO - http://icanhazip.com   
   wget -qO - http://ident.me/   
   wget -qO - http://smxi.org/opt/ip.php
