   I went to the Brother website and they said I could either contact them   
   or bring the printer right to the service center.   
      
   Before I took the drive, I called the service center first and they said   
   I MUST contact the factory first for authorization.   
   Did that and am waiting for a reply.   
      
   Just for the heck of I I figured no harm in trying to repair my old Samsung.   
   Sheesh, just needed a couple drops of oil>   
      
   Now working fine.
