   I'm of the theory that all programmers should know how to create resources and   
   dispose of them the instant they are not needed.   
      
       -   Via auto scope   
       -   Via constructors and destructors   
       -   Via malloc() and rigorous calls of free()   
       -   Fsck garbage collection (for the most part)
