Thank you.              Not sure what you are trying to do here, do you meant only allow the       wire connection and disable any wifi adapter?              man rfkill              For the wired connection I guess you could uninstall NetworkManager and       then set your wired connection with static settings with netplan. IF the       user does not have sudo privileges the settings cannot be changed by       that user. All just WAG.
