   every type of motherbord and graphic card/build-in graphic chip has it   
   own drivers. As far as I know you have to setup your new computer from   
   scratch. A fresh install of Mint has no problems with that, but as far   
   as I know you have to install all your programs again.   
      
   You can "clone" your drive to a VM and run the VM on a new computer.
