I'm using Linux Mint a Dell Optiplex 9020m (mini) without any issues. These
are solidly built, extremely easy to work on and use a laptop power supply,
so easy to replace. The Optiplex 9020m is probably older than you want, but
they make newer Optiplex Mini models.

I like these mini computers. Low power, quiet (the fan hardly runs with
Linux Mint). Not a good idea if you want to play video games. They use the
   built-in Intel GPUs.

I looked at the specs on the EQ14, it looks like it should run Linux Mint
   fine.
