   I've been using XnView MP for several years, originally installed via   
   the xnview website using a deb file. Occasionally, updates have appeared   
   and the new deb has installed without problem. I hadn't updated my   
   v1.7.2 for some time, and saw v1.9.2 was available, so I downloaded the   
   deb as usual. However, on trying to install I get a dependency issue:   
      
   Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libglig2.0-0 (>= 2.33.14)   
      
   In the Mint forum, the reason is given here:   
      
      
   A different solution is proposed in the xnview forum at:   
      
      
   It seems strange to me that the problem still exists. As I don't use   
   XnView MP that much it seems simpler to stay with the old version.
