   I have not yet managed to download   
   linux-firmware 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.17.  It downloads but   
   so extremely slowly that I will not be able to download it in one   
   session.   
      
   Regardless of what I set for repository mirrors, it appears to be   
   downloading from secure.ubuntu.com.
