   There were some fiber cables cut recently in one   
   part of the world, and traffic in the vicinity of   
   that vandalism will be affected.

   Whereas this is more likely to be the confluence of LM222 being   
   released and Ubuntu also releasing one of their interim releases.   
   Both OSes are likely demanding a refresh of a huge firmware   
   file as part of installation.   
      
   The firmware, as I understand it, can include something related   
   to MOK for UEFI, and that is why it is coming from a server   
   with "secure" in the name.   
      
   There has got to be a better way to deliver this stuff.   
   Not all of the component files in the blob, need to be   
   handled that way.
