It's showing that Linux Mint has a copy of Chromium in it,
if you choose to install it. That is what "apt search" is for,
is to query the distro for whether there is a copy of something
present or not. You do not need the "sudo" to do "apt search".

apt search chromium # Check it is in your distro.
sudo apt install chromium # Guess what this does

chromium # That would start the browser that was
   just installed.
firefox # This would start a second browser, to
   test a login attempt.
