Am I reading that wrong ? Is it       my mistake ?              Use your LinuxMint installer USB stick, boot and do a Live Session.              Then, run "gnome-disks" and look at the mess you have made.              Using the disk selection menu on the left, examine both storage       devices and see if both are empty. You would be doing this       live session on the NUC, while the external drive is plugged in       so you can check and see which direction the clone actually       went in.              The dd command is like working with Nitroglycerin.              it takes no prisoners. It wipes like the dickens, if used incorrectly.               Paul              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
