   Some understanding would help here as well. Changing /home/MyName to   
   /home/TheOrganisation means that you are trying to log in as another user   
   which is not possible. As pointed out above the .config files are there for   
   a reason.   
      
   Add a new user, TheOrganisation is the way to also an option.
