   Because of course Microsoft doesn’t treat you that way, does it? It   
   considers you to be a responsible adult, quite capable of being   
   responsible for your own destiny, without any babysitting, overriding   
   your default settings, forcing updates on you, pushing “features” on   
   you that you didn’t want, or anything like that!
