     FSVSVO 'steam'! It's more that somebody put the kettle on the stove,   
   but forgot to turn on the gas.   
      
     Yes, there is some effort switching to Open Source, but at the same   
   time, very big contracts are still being signed for proprietary software   
   and solutions, because there are no alternative, practical, compatible   
   solutions.
