   yeah, that's how it works. You also have to remove the old printer   
   settings because the OS don't know the old printer doesn't excists   
   anymore ( with a windows OS ). Print something should be as easy as   
   "click the print button" and it should function.   
      
   Related to this help problem :   
   I ( the person to help ) bought a new printer and it says plug and   
   play, but nothing happens when I want to print something.   
   It's not KIS, it's KISS ( keep it stupid simple ).   
      
   Yeah, sometimes you even have to explain you have to turn the printer   
   on to let it print. Installing software for someone? I ones had a user   
   who wanted to use GIMP. When I said it had a learning curve for over a   
   year and a tablet would be handy, he thought I was joking.   
      
   People coming to your helpdesk don't want to learn anything; they want   
   something to work without problems.
