   That's true for most of the people coming to our 'Digipunt'. In case of   
   the Itsme app (for government websites, but can also be used for   
   netbanking) we tale it upon ourselves to educate people about phishing   
   and the fact that their bank or Itsme won't ever send them e-mails to   
   ask about (2FA) codes or updating the app.   
      
   If we decide to go ahead and install Linux Mint on their old hardware   
   lessons would be organised to get them educated with some basic   
   knowledge.
