   It has almost no indicators or feedback at all.   
      
   And as usual for packages of this type, it absolutely   
   refuses to use my GPU. But it won't say why, and the   
   usual set of NVidia files are installed.   
      
   I verified my microphone was working using Audacity.   
   Great. I know what the microphone channel name is, because   
   it is listed in Audacity.   
      
   The Simple Note, doesn't say what it is selecting as a signal.   
   The blinking indicator does not provide any reassurance as   
   a VU meter might.   
      
   Back in the box it goes, for a refund :-)
