   Ok, so there's nothing in the fstab that would interfere.   
      
   Given the syslog entry, and the entry showing up in the   
   device notifier, looks like most of it's working.   
      
   When the device notifier is open, I expect there to be   
   multiple entries for the device. One that will be labelled   
   based on the info from lsusb, which will represent the   
   iso9660 filesystem, followed by one which will either use   
   the label from the filesystem, or the size and the label   
   removable media.   
      
   When you click on either device, and select open in dolphin,   
   it should be mounted under /media, with the mountpoint (aka   
   directory) name based on the label from the file system, or   
   the ID_FS_UUID from "blkid -o udev /dev/sdb1".   
      
   So try opening both devices with dolphin, and then check   
   the output of mount, to see if either of them have been   
   mounted. If they are, then there is a problem with the   
   way dolphin is being called. If not, then it's a problem   
   with the udev mounting that has to be tracked down.
