   Some users, like me with one device, have been lucky enough to get   
   things working using the "standard" methods with little trouble. Others,   
   like me with my other device, had some trouble using the standard   
   methods (which still has not been resolved), but were able to find an   
   alternative method that has worked. A few have not been able to get   
   their devices working, no matter what they tried. A very few tried a   
   couple of things and gave up when they didn't work right off.   
      
   And then there are those that keep banging their heads against their   
   wall of choice, attempting to find a culprit to blame as they bash the   
   Mageia developers for not being perfect.   
      
   Pretty much a normal situation, if you ask me.
