     Could well be. One of them was quite abrupt: "You can't turn UEFI   
   off!", ignoring my enquiry about the Secure Boot component of UEFI.   
      
    The same one said they couldn't care less about Linux problems, but   
   did not offer any explanation as to how they knew how many of their   
   customers were running Linux!   
     (They had assumed I was a Windows user.).
