I was trying to make a virtual Win7 from the "system restore" discs for
this box, with OS version set to "Windows 7 64-bit" and PAE enabled, but
I get that message ("enabled but not operational") when I try to start
the VM. It sounds to me like VBox still needs a bit more work there.
So far, I've been putting all the *nixes except my production install as
native installs on my test (i.e. previous) system, all 64-bit versions.
