Why change the key? Do youreally think your guest is going to sneak up
to your apt building next week and connect from outside your apartment?
Or is going to publish your psk in the local paper?

Changing the key occasionally is probably a good idea but after each
guest has left seems a bit overkill.
Security is not just being proactive but also making accurate
assessments of the attack probability and consequenses if it succeeds.
