And I'm not even sure yet. The mouse I'm using temporarily is small for
a desktop system. I haven't noticed any discomfort (yet), but my weight
ends up on the wrist rest instead of the mouse. However, I've never
really been bothered by any PC mice so far (as opposed to Mac mice).

This system also came with a keyboard, but for the first time in my
experience I've swapped it with another keyboard even though it works
well enough. Mainly keyboard feel (I have a fairly heavy touch) and
also the layout. That's one point in favor of desktop systems, though
-- if I don't like the keyboard, replacing it is simple.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both, I suppose. For the
piano, larger hands are definitely an advantage.

They don't have anything unique, just sometimes better deals. Next time
you're there, if you're interested check both the battery section and
   the "electronics" aisle for rechargeables.

For me, getting a separate keyboard or mouse means a little "hands on"
experience. I wouldn't order either online unless I was already
   familiar with that model.
