   Some routers make it easy.  I set my actiontec to assign static   
   ips by NIC, and then set the computer for ordinary dhcp.  Dhcp   
   asks for an ip, and the router looks at the nic and sends the   
   proper one.   
      
   If the router is less capable, you might have to set up things in   
   more complex fashion at both the router and computer ends, but it   
   should be possible.
