   Would have been nice had you provided the url   
   http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_three instead of making us   
   type it in.  :)   
      
   Run level 3, 64 bit install firefox all desktop effects disabled.   
      
   Ran ksnapshot from an xterm. everything shows up. I would not say it   
   is a html problem.   
      
   PS: if you have import installed  (imagemagick-6.7.5.10-2.1.mga2)  you   
   can run the command  import some_name.type  where type is type of   
   image you want, .png, .jpg, ....
