   Not much, no, and I never got to be in charge of anyone.  When I know   
   what's going on I'm okay, but when I don't know what to do I like being   
   able to ask someone who knows more.  That's how I ended up using   
   Mandrake Linux out of all the distros available then (2004).  I realized   
   I had no clue which one to choose, but several people whose knowledge I   
   respected recommended it.
