   immediately to the right of the process owner (on the far left)   
   is the processid.   
      
   If your updates included a new kernel, you might try to boot with   
   the old one.  ls -l /boot/vm* should show you what kernels are   
   available, by either the date the kernel was compiled or the date   
   it was installed (symbolic links will be as of date the link was   
   created).
