   I clicked on the link that you provided.  When that page loaded, I   
   clicked on the "Lios_1.6_source.tar.gz", which opened up another web   
   page.  On that page, I clicked on the "View raw file" link, which allowed   
   a download to local disk.  The Lios_1.6_source.tar.gz file that was   
   downloaded opened up perfectly for me.
