   I agree with this.  I was a Mandrake/Mandriva user since the very   
   beginning but I did not like the last mandriva releases.  After checking   
   something similar I eventually found PCLinuxOS.  It is a Mandriva fork   
   (so it has all the pro) but it works like a charm out of the box (I do   
   development work and compiled my programs without any problem).   
      
   I really recommend it.
