   Jim, as well as the Win7 and MD 2009, I also have MD2011 and MG2   
   installed on this Laptop. I suppose I should have mentioned them, but as   
   I've yet to work out how to get my normal USB dongle to connect with   
   them, I tend to forget them.   
      
   Your suggesting that MD2011/MG2 might work wit my sisters wireless,   
   gives me hope!!   
      
   Re: Ethernet, I expect I've got the required connector on-board here,   
   but my sister doesn't use it, so I don't even know if her base station   
   has an Ethernet connection!!)   
      
   If nothing else, I can continue using Win7!!
