   There is an excellent chance you are entirely correct. One of the images did   
   not display just a message about encoding error UTC something I think.   
      
   And you can shift the images to "My Folder" but  unfortunately it is part of   
   the email inbox outbox menus and  still inaccessible to down load.   
   The only option offered is to print via bluetooth which is not a goer
