If the MMS message can be copied into a folder that is part of the phone's
email app, then try setting up an email account on the phone so that it
can be sent or 'forwarded' to whoever wants it. With any luck the image
can then be 'saved' on a computer where it can be got at by normal image
viewer or image processing programs. (Then delete the account from the
phone's email app, to prevent accidents later!).

Or perhaps the image can be 'saved' to the phone's image folder from the
email app, even without setting it up with an email account.
