   I hear that. Oracle has a pretty damn good track record of not providing   
   problems/resolutions unless you can catch them at it.   
   Occasionally I would give the IT department head Usenet articles about   
   Oracle problems and occasional fixes. The Oracle rep exclaimed, How do

   Yep, every once in awhile I hit the ? key to see what commands are   
   available at article or post level just to see if there is a command   
   or two I have forgotten.
