   Are you referring to the announcement circa 13 January?   
      
   That was for Java 7.10, with some (don't remember if Homeland   
   Security was among the "some") claiming that the patch/update   
   posted in a day or two was not adequate.   
      
   You would need to examine (in detail) the change log for 7.11,   
   7.12, 7.13, and 7.14 as well as 7.15 to see how things are going   
   at the moment.   
      
   Rapid updates to Thunderbird, Firefox, Opera, and   
   more-often-than-usual updates to Adobe's flash testify to the   
   speed at which crackers are advancing the state of their art.
