Would swimming help you?              I can handle and even enjoy the heat. Better over 100 degrees F       than under 32, in my estimation.              Swimming is good for fitness, but like walking requires hours of       effort to accomplish anything for weight loss. I don't really       enjoy swimming, particularly in an indoor pool, so I don't do       any, and have not in many years. Not since children were       learning to swim, and an adult in the water was a good idea.              Cheers!              jim b.              --       UNIX is not user unfriendly; it merely        expects users to be computer-friendly.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
