   I would suggest that "man sudo" is your first priority for that question.   
   If you have a "/etc/sudoers.d" directory, you can create something like   
   my_ppp which has the list of commands needed by the script requiring   
   root privs.   
      
   if you use something like "visudo /etc/sudoers.d/my_ppp" it will check   
   the syntax as you create/edit commands.
