   That was late August or early September.  I think it was 19 March   
   that my interdepartmental transfer was effective and I was no   
   longer on loan.  That did have one drawback.  When on loan, I had   
   a special pass to park in the "Visitor" lot.  As a regular   
   employee, the hike from parking lot to building got a lot longer.
