I run MythTv as my linux Tivo       replacement on a desktop pc (mtv). I have an old desktop (tb) which I       use as a test bed for Cauldron releases. I was running 0.24 on mtv. The       release 3 Cauldron was 0.26. When I launched myth on tb, it asked to       upgrade the database. I said go ahead. It upgraded the tb database and       out of the kindness of its heart, also upgraded the database on mtv. :-(              My "new_install" script now modifies /etc/shorewall/rules to drop       everything to/from mtv if the node is tb.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
