Downside it can make troubleshooting a bit       harder for us.              I know I have made the assumption you have done a clean install,       applied updates, enabled ssh access in mcc firewall utility and       verified you can ssh into the install from the command line on that       install from your user account to your user account.              Once that works, you pretty much know the problem is outside the       system if you can not ssh into your user account. Once that works you       can move on to the next problem.              Had you clicked up a terminal,        su - root        journalctl -fa       and attempted ssh access and see a shorewall drop message you know it       is a firewall problem. No drop message, then shorewall is not the problem.       That assumes the firewall is active.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
